We collect the details you submit at registration, your deposit and withdrawal history across UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe, and session logs. This data is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

These terms take effect the moment you complete registration on lotterysombad.net. Every subsequent action — including any deposit via UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — is governed by the version of the terms live at the time of that action.

We may update any clause at any time. When we do, the new version is posted on this page with a revised effective date. Using the platform after that date counts as your acceptance of the updated terms, so check back periodically.

Depending on the severity, we may issue a warning, suspend access to specific features, or close the account entirely. Any balance held at the time of suspension is handled per clause 8 of the full agreement, which covers outstanding withdrawal requests.
